A: Yes, we provide customization and OEM services as long as you provide the specifications and drawings required.
Q3. Can you produce according to samples?
A: Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We can create molds accordingly, with potential refunds on mold fees for bulk orders.
Q4. What are your packaging conditions?
A: Generally, we use neutral boxes and PE film with carton packing. Authorized branded packaging is also available for registered patent holders.
Q5. What are the payment terms?
A: Our terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of products and packaging before final payment.
Q6. What is your typical delivery time?
A: Typically, it takes 5-7 working days after receiving the prepayment for minimum order quantities. Exact timing depends on the specific model and order volume.
