Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. We can also customize packaging according to your specific request or use your branded boxes with proper authorization.
What are your payment conditions?
We typically require T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.
What are your delivery terms and lead times?
We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU terms. Delivery usually takes 30 to 60 days after receiving advance payment, depending on the items and order quantity.
Can you produce items based on samples?
Yes, we can produce goods based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build necessary molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?
If we have spare parts in stock, we can provide a sample. However, customers are responsible for the sample cost and the express delivery charges.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct 100% testing on all products before they are dispatched to ensure quality and performance.
