Q1: Does the equipment produce excessive noise during operation?
The fans are equipped with high-quality sound insulation cotton to ensure noise levels are kept to a minimum and do not disrupt the workspace.
Q2: How do you prevent fire hazards from sparks during cutting?
We install specialized spark catchers (baffle or swirl types) with a labyrinth structure. This forces sparks to contact cold plates multiple times, effectively extinguishing them before they reach the filter.
Q3: How efficient is the filtration for fine dust and smoke?
We use high-precision, flame-retardant filter cartridges. These units filter particles as small as 0.3um with an efficiency of over 99.99%, similar to high-end automotive engine filters.
Q4: Is an external chimney required for venting?
No external chimney is needed. Due to the high-precision filtration, the cleaned air meets indoor discharge standards and can be safely released directly back into the workshop.
Q5: What is the warranty and after-sales support policy?
We provide a one-year warranty period with free maintenance. Outside of the warranty period, we continue to offer support, charging only for the cost of replacement parts.
Q6: Do you offer OEM or ODM customization services?
Yes, we provide full OEM and ODM services. We can manufacture products under your brand name and adjust specifications or sizes to meet your specific requirements.
